Why do we put such emphasis on the importance of the identity and culture of an organization?

For us, Corporate Identity expresses the personality and the character of the organization. It precisely defines the goals of the company, as well as how the subject should be perceived by external partners, customers, and employees. We do not limit our understanding of Corporate Identity to marketing communication.  We perceive the Corporate Identity as the outcome of the formation of its external image and culture.  A significant formation of the identity and the culture must be correlated with the organization’s mission and its business goals.  It should deliver an added value. The method of bringing about organizational changes, HR process improvements, and design and implementation of development programs is efficient when it reflects the Corporate Identity of the company and when it uses of the company’s culture becomes a part of all actions.
