Preference Profile

Preference Profile is both user-friendly and multifunctional. It represents an easier variant of the approach applied in the Garuda Personal Profile. This profile is characterised by a lower dimension count and the questionnaire is easier to answer.  At the same time it offers in a software solution several user-friendly and enhancing features. The respondent has a chance to define his/her “dream job” or can fill-in the Mirror Profile for his/her colleagues. Additionally, it enables the respondent to define “job requirements” and compare them with the actual profile. Methodology includes a “development profile” offering directly individualised development suggestions or the possibility to individually widen the job description. The Preference Profile was developed mainly for non-managerial positions, however, it can be used on all organisational levels – from lower level employees to managers.
