Focus Profile

Main purpose of The Focus Profile is to identify areas where the person places the most emphasis in using his or her managerial or working potential.  It gives us the possibility of distinguishing between focus on results, on strategy and development, on relationships (integration), and on building structures (base).  In the same way, we can learn about success factors and limits in the use of individual potential in practise, in all working categories, or as a member of a particular team. The Focus Profile is easily understandable and is suitable for team functionalities, optimisation, and cooperation development. It can be used for creation of a “mirror profile”, a “wished profile, or a “dream profile” and in supplementing the findings of methods described above (most of the individual profiles).
