Corporate Culture is no longer a concept for Slovak managers from the category, “That’s the way they do it abroad,” and “Only big companies care about it.” Nowadays, hardly anybody casts doubts about the importance of Corporate Culture to successful business and guidance of people in the organization. Despite the fact that Corporate Culture has become an everyday issue of conferences and meetings, there are different opinions and a range of approaches to its influence.
